Motivate your team by setting goals

Make sure you have daily goals. As you have in mind a life goal for you or a monthly goal, an annual goal, make sure you have a daily goal for your staff as well.

What do you want to achieve today? Who should you and your staff contact? What would be a successful day? What is the daily goal for your company?

Why focus on your daily goal? Because you want to see what it is that you achieve. This gives you a boost! It makes you feel better and focus more on successes than failures and on what you didn't and didn't do.

You need to focus on your team's daily goal.

Write down your daily goal. Where you should focus today and what actions should you undertake so that your day will be successful? What do you want to see happening?

And coordinate yourself and your team to succeed it.
